Arup Fitzrovia

Designed by architects Sheppard Robson, the development will provide a stunning, innovative building, which will add to the character of the surrounding environment. It will replace the two 1960s buildings on the site owned by LMS and provide an additional 16,500 m2 premises for Arup’s London-based staff.

The project team will be using Priority1 for snagging and inspections.

Heathrow Terminal 5

After opening in 2008, London Heathrow Terminal 5 became the largest free-standing structure in the United Kingdom. Terminal 5 is used as a global hub exclusively by British Airways. The terminal is designed to handle 35 million passengers a year and cost £4 billion to build.

The BAA project team used Priority1 to manage the completion of the work by contractors. See here for a case study of the project.

Cruden will be using Priority1 at a second site. A housing estate at Westerton Gate, Bearsden, which offers a superb level of specification and provides two exquisite pockets of homes, a small cluster of 10 luxury 2 Bed apartments and 34 stunning 3 Bed townhouses.

As well as using Priority1 for snagging, the site will use the progress monitor module to track completion of their NHBC checklist for each property.

10 Lime Street

Part of ISG Group, ISG Interior/Exterior have decided to use Priority1 after also looking at BIW Technologies Defects Management and QA Software IDMS system. Their first project will be PPG Metro: Lime Street - an £18M new build project with approximately 20 sub-contractors, 2 main consultants, and a small ISG team (5 construction/technical and a project manager). There are 7 floors, 2 basements, and a ground level.
